Brushless System

A portable steam cleaner for flat belts that distributes steam through a full-width manifold to break down debris and sanitise the belt surface, while a vacuum removes debris leaving the belt dry and ready to use. Quickly removes light to medium debris from food contact surfaces without chemicals.

Brushless System (No Tray)

A portable steam cleaner for flat belts that works like the regular Brushless System but uses brackets fixed to the conveyor structure instead of a tray. Suitable only where the conveyor bed is flat across the width and useful where there is limited overhang space for the tray option.

Brushless System (Hand Held)

A portable hand-held steam cleaner for flat belts using the same cleaning principle as the regular Brushless System, held by the operator onto the moving belt to clean in strips. Useful for smaller belts, areas with limited overhang, and for cleaning the product contact side of modular flat top belts; integrated switches release steam only when placed on the surface.

Brush System

A portable steam cleaner for flat belts similar to the Brushless System but with a motorised brush to help the steam remove stubborn debris from the food contact surface of a conveyor belt. A vacuum removes debris leaving the belt dry, and it quickly removes heavier types of debris without chemicals.

Return Mounted System - Single

A return mounted version of the Brushless System designed for ease of use and quick removal for cleaning. The single head version cleans the food contact side of conveyor belts with the same results as the Brushless System and can be fitted to existing conveyors or new builds.

Narrow Return Mounted System - Single

A simplified version of the regular return mounted fixed system, retaining ease of use and quick removal but without the drip tray/hopper (optional extra). Suited to shorter length belts or where space is restricted, the single head version cleans the food contact side of conveyor belts with the same results as the Brushless System.
